Some weeks ago I made a call for an online peer-reviewed volume, entitled 'Marginal dialects' (20.369 FYI: 'Marginal dialects': Call for refereed online book). While response has been good, I would like to reinforce the point that i am interested in discussions of these phenomena beyond Scotland and Ireland. Examples might include Albanian in Italy, the south Jutland/north Schleswig region, the 'dialects' of Latvian and Lithuanian, and so on. As far as I know, no volume on specifically this topic has ever been produced. If you are interested in writing an essay of some 5000 words on any essay connected to this subject, please get in touch!
