Semantics and Linguistic Theory (SALT) is the major North-American conference on formal semantics as a subfield of linguistics.

SALT (Semantics and Linguistic Theory) 20 will take place April 29 -- May 1, 2010, in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
People who are interested in attending the conference are strongly encouraged to pre-register online, and to make their hotel and travel arrangements as soon as possible.
This Year the LINGUIST List hopes to raise $65,000. This money will go to help
keep the List running by supporting all of our Student Editors for the coming year.
