Summer Workshop about Natural Syntax Date: 09-Aug-2010 - 20-Aug-2010 Location: Ljubljana, Slovenia Contact: Janez Ore?nik Contact Email: janez.oresnik sazu.si Meeting URL: http://spj.ff.uni-lj.si/natural_syntax Linguistic Field(s): Linguistic Theories; Syntax Meeting Description: We are starting summer workshops about Natural Syntax at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. The workshops will be dedicated to the verification and/or refutation of Natural Syntax with the help of language material culled from various languages. A workshop is to be held for two weeks every August. The language of the workshop: basically English. We encourage linguists and students of language (incl. undergraduates) to apply. Applications should contain the applicant's biography, bibliography (if any) and a brief description of the current interests in the field of languages. The application should be sent by postal mail or email and addressed to Professor Janez Ore?nik Filozofska fakulteta 1001 Ljubljana Slovenia janez.oresnik sazu.si Deadline for applications: June 1 every year.
