We are pleased to announce that the fourth edition of the Conference
Communication and Argumentation in the Public Sphere will be held in
Galat,i, Romania from May 13th to 16th, 2010. We will be honored to
have you as a participant.

Conference Organization:
1. Presentations in successive and parallel sections - 20 minutes for
presentation, 10 minutes for comments, questions, answers. Conference languages:
French, English, Romanian. Languages for publication in the conference
proceedings: French, English.
2. Two workshops (one in English, the other in French) conducted by guest
speakers. Participants in the workshops will be delivered a certificate to be
used, if needed, for credits acknowledgement.
3. Poster sessions may take place during the conference.
The next circulars and announcements on the conference Website will include
further details on fee payment, the conference program and accommodation
arrangements. Registered participants whose papers have been accepted for
presentation will be informed by mail of any posting on CAPS4 Website.
