The conference aims to provide scholars, teachers and students specializing in language assessment an open forum for discussing current research issues from the field of language testing. Deadline for abstract submission is now extended to October 20, 2010. Abstracts should be no longer than 350-400 words in MS-Word format. They should clearly state research purpose, methodology and (expected) results, and include, if relevant, a short list of references. Please include name, affiliation and email at the top of the page. Notification of acceptance will be sent by email by the first week of November. English and Italian will be the main conference languages. Paper presentations in other languages are very welcome, but they must be accompanied by a short summary, slide presentation or printout in either English or Italian. Each presentation will be allotted 20 minutes, plus approximately 10 minutes for questions and discussion. An overhead projector and powerpoint facilities will be provided.
