The collaborative research center SFB 833 'Constructing Meaning' at the University of Tübingen is offering a two-year postdoctoral position in the area of experimental semantics. The successful candidate will be a researcher with demonstrated research experience in formal semantics and experimental methods in semantics and pragmatics. The research center aims to extend its work on the empirical basis of formal semantic models with this appointment. Investigation of the correspondence of traditional intuitions of felicity with behavioural measures is intended to be a particular focus of the work of the new colleague. The salary and conditions of the post are at point E13 on the public TV-L pay scale, which is standard for research officers.
