Duties include:
- teaching Japanese courses at all levels, courses in general or applied
Linguistics at the undergraduate and graduate levels, and General Education
courses
- mentoring students
- conducting research in area of specialization
- coordinating the Minor in Japanese
- participating in service at all levels of the university

This position is part of a university-wide cohort of faculty that will work
on projects addressing issues related to World Cultures and Globalization.
Area of specialization open. Ph.D. in Linguistics or very closely related
field from an accredited institution or equivalent is required. Please
