We are seeking a skilled language instructor with a commitment to a proficiency-based approach to language. Requirements: - native or near-native fluency in Modern Hindi and English; - college-level experience teaching Hindi to nonnative speakers; - and a Masters degree or completion of Masters by June 30, 2011. Responsibilities include teaching three courses per semester, including introductory through advanced levels of Hindi. Experience using new technologies for Hindi language teaching is highly preferred. Submit a letter detailing teaching philosophy, CV, available sample syllabi, and course evaluations.
