The purpose of the conference is to provide a media where English teachers, teacher educators, and researchers can meet and share their scholarly interests, as well as receive feedback from peers and experts in the area of teacher education and world Englishes.

Call for Papers:

English teachers, teacher educators, graduate students and researchers are encouraged to submit proposals for presentations focused on the following sub-topics:

-Bilingual approach to teacher education
-Pre-service and in-service teacher education program
-The contribution of critical pedagogy to teacher education program.
-The use of World Englishes literature in teacher education
-Teacher professional development
-Teacher Identities in the era of World Englishes
-Issues of nativeness in teacher education.
-The role of culture in teacher education.
-Technology in teacher education: A bridge or a barrier?
