Baskent University Education Working Group
The Second International Student Conference, ISC-2, 2011

We cordially invite graduate and undergraduate students of ELT and Linguistics to attend Baskent University Education Working Group, The Second International Student Conference (ISC-2, 2011) to be held at Avni Akyol Conference Hall at Baskent University on Monday, May 16, 2011. The Conference Theme is 'Language Teaching and Linguistics'. Workshops are also welcome.

-The conference will feature two plenary speakers: Dr. Laurence Raw, Başkent University and Cedric Mark Thompson, Başkent University College Adana Schools.

Call for Papers:

-Abstract submission deadline is April 15, 2011.
-All abstracts must be submitted electronically.
-This is a one day conference. The program will include approximately 20 talks (15 minutes each and 5 minutes for discussions).

This Year the LINGUIST List hopes to raise $67,000. This money will go to help 
keep the List running by supporting all of our Student Editors for the coming year.

donations can be offset against your federal and sometimes your state tax return

Many companies also offer a gift matching program, such that they will match
