Papers come from Japan, China, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, the Indian subcontinent and indeed anywhere within the broad definition of Asia. We also welcome research outside of Asia that may have relevance to Asia, such as evaluations or tests that include Asian students living or studying in western countries. We strive for a two week approval or rejection of initial submissions (publishing date will depend on journal issue timing and final editing of the paper). No fee is charged for the online version of the paper.
