The editors of the Southwest Journal of Linguistics announce that they are preparing manuscripts for volume 30 and invite authors to send their work. The journal publishes papers in both English and Spanish across a broad range of topics in linguistics: research in theoretical linguistics, applied linguistics, Spanish language and linguistics, historical linguistics, sociolinguistics, Indigenous languages of the Americas, etc. The journal also publishes scholarly reviews of the literature, book reviews, and occasional commentary on topics of concern to the journal's readership.
