Apointment will be fixed-term from September 2012 through August 2015, with the possibility of extensions of up to three years, and of tenure thereafter. Requirements include a PhD degree, but candidates near completion of the PhD may be considered. Review of applications will commence by 4 October 2011 and continue until the position is filled. Interviews are tentatively scheduled for late November to early December 2011. The rank of Lecturer (Universitair Docent) corresponds to that of Assistant Professor in North-American terms.
