Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Palo Alto, CA

Under general supervision and acting with strong self initiative, this
executive administrative assistant will support executives at HP while
performing tactical and strategic administrative duties. This will include
work requiring complete written and verbal fluency in English, French, and

Responsibilities for the successful candidate will include performing
various complex and global administrative tasks and activities which will
include, key records maintenance, compiling data and generating reports,
administrative tasks associated with finance and budgetary processes,
scheduling executive appointments and meetings, calendar ownership and
management, answering, screening, and routing telephone calls for the
executive offices, preparing expense reports, preparing and editing
executive communications and presentations, making global travel
arrangements, mentoring and leading additional administrative staff and
contractors as needed, providing verbal and written translation support,
and other additional administrative requirements of the executive team.

This person will contribute in the development of innovative principles and
ideas, successfully demonstrating strong discipline, work ethic, and
expertise in general administrative technical skills. They will be
responsible for identifying gaps and opportunities, and developing highly
innovative solutions to meet the on-going demands of the organization. They
will routinely exercise independent judgment in developing methods,
processes, and techniques for achieving desired objectives. This individual
will be responsible for developing strategy, setting functional policy and
direction. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting
large, complex, and global projects in direct alignment with the executive

Basic Requirements and Skills:
-Proven exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English,
French and German
-Experience working with executives, dignitaries, and international executives
-Independent leader with high level of initiative that requires minimal
hands-on supervision
-Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
-Proven ability to lead multiple tasks in a fast-paced and highly complex
-Demonstrates high-energy, positive and flexible approach in the workplace
-Proven analytical skills
-Strong team player

Minimal Qualifications:
-Highly proficient in written and verbal communications in English, French,
and German - complete fluency required
-Undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent
-5+ years general administrative and project management experience
