In the online article, 'Linguistics: Deep relationships between languages', Jared Diamond discusses Edward Vajda's evidence for a link between Yeniseian and Na-Dene. According to the article, Vajda proposes that Yeniseian languages and American Na-Dene languages share a dozen grammatical prefixes and about 100 cognate words with sound correspondences.
