Duties to be assigned by the Director of Language Instruction but include assistance in syllabus design, testing, instructor observation, advising, and program evaluation. Minimum Qualifications: M.A. degree or equivalent in Applied Linguistics or related field; demonstrated oral ability at the Superior level using the ACTFL scale; demonstrated organizational and management abilities; demonstrated excellence as language instructors; willingness to work within an articulated program under the Director of Language Instruction; at least 2 years teaching experience at University or College level. Preference given to candidates who are certified ACTFL testers.
