English Teaching & Learning Call for Papers Special Issue on L2 Writing in Asian Contexts English Teaching & Learning is a scholarly journal dedicated to research on the teaching and learning of English as a second or foreign language. It aims to publish quality papers that contribute to all aspects of the profession, particularly those seeking to bridge the gap between theory and practice. In fall 2012, a special issue on L2 writing in Asian contexts will be published, with Dr. Icy Lee from the Chinese University of Hong Kong as the guest editor. Researchers and scholars are welcome to submit papers for review and possible inclusion in this issue. Possible topics include but are not limited to the following: (1) L2 writing pedagogy / instruction; (2) L2 writers' beliefs, attitudes or characteristics; (3) process and product of L2 writing; (4) feedback in L2 writing; (5) assessment / evaluation of L2 writing; (6) L2 writing teacher education. All submissions following the submission guidelines specified on the journal website (http://www.eng.ntnu.edu.tw/grad/teach/pages.php?ID=grad-teach) should be sent to etl deps.ntnu.edu.tw by March 20th, 2012.
