In this year's conference, our presenters will be addressing the role of motivation and autonomy for today's language learners. Qatar TESOL is an organization which focuses on teachers who teach non-native speakers of English through the English language. This includes English teachers (from all levels), math teachers and science teachers.
Call for Papers: We would like to invite you to submit a proposal for the Qatar TESOL 7th Annual Conference 2012. The theme of this year's conference is Learner Motivation, Involvement, and Autonomy. Proposals which focus on the conference theme will receive first consideration; however, all proposals, particularly practical and pragmatic presentations, on English Language Teaching will be gratefully received and vetted. Presenters: Presenting at Qatar TESOL is not just for well-known professionals, but a way for all of us to take an active role in our teaching community, ask important questions, share our knowledge, and learn from the experience of others. Teachers and administrators from the following areas are invited to present: Primary schools Secondary schools Independent schools University/College preparatory/foundation programs Adult education institutions Types of Proposals: Qatar TESOL invites proposals for papers, workshops, poster sessions, publisher presentations and special interest group (SIG) discussions.
