Our keynote speakers for this year's conference will be Eva Juarros-Daussà (University at Buffalo) and Gabriel Giorgi (New York University). Call for Papers: Submissions are invited on all periods and areas of Iberian, Spanish-American, Hispanic/Latino, Luso-Brazilian literatures, as well as any area of Hispanic Linguistics. Papers may be presented in English, Spanish or Portuguese. Please send an abstract of not more than 250 words via email as an attachment to congreso.hlbll.gc.cunygmail.com by January 22, 2012. On a separate piece of paper specify your name, phone number, e-mail, title of the presentation, academic affiliation, and if AV equipment will be needed. Reading time of papers will be limited to 20 minutes. Authors will be notified by the first week of February as to whether their papers have been accepted.
