Workshop in Constraint Grammar Applications in conjunction with NoDaLiDa 2011 Riga, Latvia, May 11th 2011 http://giellatekno.uit.no/cg/11/ Within full-scale parsing applications, constraint grammar is the dominant framework for parsing Nordic languages. It is used in the industry, and it also constitutes the fundament for several academic projects aiming at corpus tagging, treebanks and pedagogical programs. The last years have seen extensions of CG usage along several lines: CG has been successfully put to use in machine translation for several language pairs, and it has been used for grammar checking and dialogue systems.

CG-based applications -Corpus linguistics -Grammar checking -Machine translation -etc. 2.
