We'd like to remind readers that the responses to queries are usually best posted to the individual asking the question. That individual is then strongly encouraged to post a summary to the list. This policy was instituted to help control the huge volume of mail on LINGUIST; so we would appreciate your cooperating with it whenever it seems appropriate. In addition to posting a summary, we'd like to remind people that it is usually a good idea to personally thank those individuals who have taken the trouble to respond to the query. To post to LINGUIST, use our convenient web form at http://linguistlist.org/LL/posttolinguist.cfm.

We are still looking for volunteers to participate in an online study about how English native speakers learn Spanish. "Corpus Escrito del Español L2" (CEDEL2) is a 750,000 word corpus of learner Spanish. We are still collecting data online. Participants will get a printed certificate of participation plus their results on a Spanish grammar placement test. How to participate? - If you are an English-speaking learner of Spanish (any level), then you can participate. - If you are a Spanish instructor/lecturer, please get in touch with us. - Spanish native speakers can also participate. Participate online now: http://www.uam.es/proyectosinv/woslac/cedel2.htm
