Description:

Vicomtech-IK4, an international applied research center in Visual
Interaction and Communication Technologies located in San Sebastian (Spain)
is looking for a research manager expert in Dialogue Systems. We are
looking for someone who combines an interest in dialogue systems and
software engineering, with the ambition to do research in spoken,
text-based and/or multi-modal spoken dialogue, and at the same time
transfer this knowledge to companies and institutions in the form of
advanced research prototypes developed to solve real-world needs. The
selected candidate will have an important role in the Human Speech and
Language Technologies Department, including advanced research, project
management responsibilities and definition of research priorities.

Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Dialogue Systems or related field.
- Good English language skills (Spanish is a major plus).

- A very good researcher with management abilities and interests.
- A team player with an ambitious and creative personality.
