Linguistic Field(s): General Linguistics

Meeting Description:

LIMES² is a Colloquium for Postgraduates and Postdocs in Romance Linguistics. The aim of this colloquium is to be a platform for presenting and discussing ongoing research projects.

The LIMES²-concept is based on the well-known LIMES-Colloquium, which has been very successful in the south of Germany and even across the borders in Switzerland and Austria.

The aim of LIMES² is to spread this concept across the former borders of the Limes Wall not only by shortening the distances for the participants, but also by presenting another annual opportunity to present and discuss their thesis and research projects.
