CLaW is oriented towards empirical, data-driven research, and encourages interdisciplinary work connecting linguistics with other disciplines within cognitive science. CLaW is organized by SCUL (Studying the Cognitive Underpinnings of Language), an interdisciplinary research group at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
