Towards Proto-Niger-Congo: Comparison and Reconstruction International Congress http://llacan.vjf.cnrs.fr/fichiers/nigercongo http://www.nigercongo.com LLACAN, Paris, 18-21 September 2012 The Niger-Congo International Congress (NigerCongress) is gathering scholars in comparative linguistic studies of the largest African language macrofamily. Issues of comparative analysis, reconstruction, language convergence and history will be discussed during three days of sessions in the Center for African Linguistics, Languages and Cultures (LLACAN) in Paris.
Final Call for Papers: On the request of some of our colleagues, the Scientific Committee of the Niger-Congo International Congress extends the deadline for the abstract submission until April 15, 2012. All abstracts should be sent to mail nigercongo.com following the submission guidelines published at: http://www.nigercongo.com
