Scottish Language (ISSN: 0264-0198), the premier peer-reviewed journal concerned with all of the languages of Scotland, spoken, signed or written, past and present, is calling for articles for its 2011-12 volume. High quality articles on any aspect of language in Scotland are sought. Any theoretical viewpoint (or none) is most welcome, as are comparisons with other places and languages and articles dealing with the language use of Scottish writers.
