Tarleton State University invites applications for the position of Tenure-
track, Assistant Professor of Spanish.

Interested candidates must have Ph.D. in hand in the field of Spanish
and prior teaching experience. Preference will be given to candidates
who have native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English.

Desirable qualifications include experiential knowledge of the Spanish
culture, a strong familiarity with technology in the classroom and
experience with teaching Spanish at a university level. The successful
candidate will be expected to lead summer immersion trips to Spain or
Costa Rica in rotation with other faculty members.
