Description:

The Department of French and Italian at The Ohio State University is currently
taking applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor in French
language/linguistics for academic year 2012-2013.

Duties:
Candidates will teach six courses over two semesters, including intermediate
and advanced grammar (morphology and syntax), intermediate and advanced
pronunciation (phonetics, phonology), and translation.

Requirements:
- native or near-native fluency in French
- demonstrated excellence in teaching and strong commitment to undergraduate
teaching
- Ph.D. in hand by the time of appointment (August 2012).
