Applicants are expected to have expertise in teaching the Basque language and culture to speakers of English. Minimum teaching load is six courses per year; this includes a first year (three quarters) of Basque language, as well as three additional graduate and/or undergraduate courses as departmental and university needs dictate, plus advising and service responsibilities.
