Synopsis: Do you have a vision for better and faster language learning? EF is seeking passionate senior editor to lead initiatives in the development of blended learning in high schools worldwide. The Role: We're looking for energetic and innovative language education specialists to join our worldwide product development team to contribute to the growth and success of EF's pioneering language learning solution for high schools. As a key member of the product development team, you will design and create learning experiences and media that combine the best of teaching and technology. You will contribute to the development of language proficiency frameworks, curricula and assessment tools; publish educational media and learning applications; lead teacher training and product launch initiatives. The role would preferably be based in London, Shanghai, Europe, or Asia. Desire and ability to travel internationally are essential. Requirements: - PhD or EdD, or Master's in Applied Linguistics or closely related field; Diploma level candidates will also be considered - 3 or more years experience in English language teaching - 5 or more years experience of innovative materials design and curriculum development - Excellent organizational skills - Leadership and project management experience - Outstanding writing and editing ability - Familiarity with blended learning and teaching and the use of new media in teaching - Knowledge of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and its use in designing syllabi and assessments - Excellent mastery of English, knowledge of additional languages a plus EF is the world leader in international education.
