Job Description:
The candidate will join the automotive research and development
team. He will be contributing in designing and developing the
software infrastructure for field data processing. Field data are a
strong asset of Nuance connected solutions. The field data
processing infrastructure is a key service in the deployment of the
automotive DragonDrive strategy.

- Contribute to specification, design and implementation of
DragonDrive field data loop
- Work together with research team to elaborate requirements on
field meta data
- Work together with the engineering team to ensure implementation
of field meta data acquisition from client to server
- Implement and maintain field meta data processing chain to
provide appropriate input for DragonDrive research and
development
- Work together with research and development team to establish
improvement loop exploiting field meta data (for ASR, NLU, Dialog
and not least for customer UI consultancy)

Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent programming skills
- Very good knowledge scripting languages / Python
- Very good knowledge of C/C++ and Java
- Experience with computing farms and grid software is a strong plus
- Good oral and written English language skills.
- Strong team player
- Problem solving attitude
- Fast learning attitude and ability to understand and work efficiently
with technically complex material
- Background in speech processing, statistical modeling or machine
learning will be welcome
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on an international, geographically distributed team
