Description:
Assistant Professor of Spanish, specialty in linguistics to teach
undergraduates at all levels, with possibilities for occasional general
linguistics in the Interdisciplinary Linguistics Minor Program and both
Spanish and general linguistics in the M. Ed. program.
3/3 course load. Ph.D., collegiate teaching experience, a coherent and
cohesive research program with promise for future production, strong
command of Spanish and English required; at least two years of full time
teaching experience preferred. Full benefits and competitive salaries.
Additional duties may include, but are not restricted to, participating in
department and college functions; advising students and clubs; occasional
directing of summer and semester study programs in Spain and Hispanic
America
