Technical Consultant (Language Technologies)
With your help, we want to continue to grow and become even more
successful. Join our team in Karlsbad, Germany, as a
Technical Consultant for the product line 'Across Language Server' translation
technology.
Your day-to-day activities include:
- Planning and implementation of new customer projects
- Technical support of our existing customers
- Having an open ear for sales-related concerns of our customers on site
- Implementation and configuration of our extensive software solution
- Conducting of software training sessions
- Regular missions to our customers' locations
Your specific skills should include:
- Ideally, a degree in a technical field, preferably computer sciences, or solid
IT know-how
- Initial professional experience in the field of software; for non-IT specialists:
high affinity for IT
- Project management knowledge would be desirable
- Conceptual and analytical thinking, ability to work independently
- Customer-oriented and professional approach
- Willingness to travel and team spirit
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
