Qualities of a Good Abstract: Overall: - Should be a condensation and concentration of the essential qualities of the paper - An abstract should summarize the content of the presentation, not the intent of the writer(s) - Should contain only that which you are specifically reporting in the study - An abstract should include: Principal objectives/purpose and scope of the work Methodology Results (do they have results yet, or are they faking it?)
