Meeting Description:
9th Mediterranean Morphology Meeting, Dubrovnik, 15 - 18 September 2013 MMM 9 will take place in the Center for Advanced Academic Studies in Dubrovnik, Croatia, September 15-18, 2013. The theme of the conference is 'Morphology and Semantics'. In addition, there will be a special section devoted to the morphology of Croatian. It will also be possible to discuss other morphological topics, for which a number of slots will be reserved in the program. The opening session of the conference will take place in the evening of September 15, followed by two full day sessions (September 16-17). A social program will be offered for September 18. Registration costs will be 60 euros. Accommodation will be available through CAAS. Call for Papers: Please send a one page abstract to prof. Ida Raffaelli (iraffael ffg.hr), Barbara Kerovec (bkerovec ffzg.hr) and Matea Srebačić (msrebaci unizg.hr). The abstract should be sent in two versions, one anonymous, and one with the following information: surname, given name, affiliation, institutional address, email address. Selection of abstracts will be done by the scientific committee, on the basis of the anonymous versions of the abstracts. We expect that there will be room for 25 talks, including the three by the invited speakers, and for 20 posters. A substantial time slot will be reserved for posters. The time for each talk is 25 minutes + 10 minutes for discussion; for the invited speakers there will be 35+10 minutes available.
