Description:

The Linguistics Department of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem together
with the Language, Logic and Cognition Center invites applications for a
tenure-track position, beginning in the fall of 2013. Areas of
specialization must include at least one of the core areas of linguistics
(Morphology-Phonology, Syntax, and Semantics-Pragmatics) along with an
active interest in broader questions pertaining to the study of language
(in Psycho-Linguistics, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, or
Philosophy). PhD or equivalent international degree required at hire.

We seek applicants with an active research program who can contribute
breadth and depth to the department and to LLCC with respect to research,
teaching, and advising at the graduate and undergraduate level.

-2-3 page statement of research plans + a statement of teaching plans
-Teaching evaluations (if available, from the past three years)
-2 representative publications
-Letters of recommendation from 2 referees to be sent directly to the
Dean's office

CD. Applications submitted not according to specifications will not be
considered.
