Special Qualifications: The intern program recruits candidates with different backgrounds and skills. Each project has its own set of qualifications (such as programming, linguistic experience, or native language competence). The summer internship program at the Institute for Creative Technologies offers a variety of paid intern positions in Linguistics and Computational Linguistics, including among others:

Natural Language Annotation/Transcription
Spoken Language Processing Research
Natural Language Dialogue Processing for Virtual Humans
Evaluation of Dialogue Policies with Virtual Humans
Applying Linguistic Pragmatics Theory to Virtual Human Dialogue Systems
