This year's theme is 'Affixes: Variation, Rivalry and Representation'. Invited speakers for this year's meeting include: Mar Campos (University of Santiago de Compostela), Margarita Correia (ILTEC, Lisbon), Claudio Iacobini (University of Salerno), Hugo Lombardini (University of Bologna) and Isabel Oltra (CSIC, Madrid). The Encuentros de Morfología are an initiative of the Red Temática Española de Morfología (RETEM). There is no registration fee for the VIII Encuentro de Morfología, although all interested in attending must register previously by sending us an email to: iulalexicografiaupf.edu. Call for Papers: We invite submissions for the poster session at the VIII Encuentro de Morfología. Submissions should address the main topic of the meeting and be relevant to the study of Spanish, Catalan, Portuguese, or Basque. Authors are expected to be present to discuss their poster.
