My co-editor (Thomas Hills) and I (Michael Vitevitch) are making one last push for submissions to a special issue of the on-line, open access journal Frontiers in Language Sciences dealing with the topic of ''Insights to the study of Language from Network Science.'' Work from any discipline and on a variety of topics is encouraged!
I understand that many people are skeptical of on-line journals, however, see this URL about the recent purchase of the Frontiers journals by the Nature Publishing Group:
