The Cognitive Science Departement of Ecole Normale superieure in Paris (Institut d'Etude de la Cognition - IEC, http://www.cognition.ens.fr/indexENG.html) aims to recruit international students at the Masters level, both in its cognitive science Master's program (http://sapience.dec.ens.fr/cogmaster/www/e_01_portail.php) and its linguistics Master's program (http://lumiere.ens.fr/~lingmaster/enseignement.htm).

The IEC and Ecole Normale Superieure offer several, competitively attributed international Masters' fellowships, providing a living stipend of 1000 euros/month over 24 months for each fellow.
