Meeting Description:

Pursuing the same objectives as previous conferences, the 3rd International Conference on Grammar &Text - GRATO 2013 aims to discuss, within the framework of grammar and text, research that can contribute to the deepening of the interrelation between these two areas.

In line with the general theme Knowledge, Representation and Use, the Keynote Speaker will be François Rastier (CNRS, Paris).

The 3rd International Conference on Grammar and Text - GRATO 2013 will be organised around thematic sessions, including also a section for free papers.

Call for Papers:

Abstracts may be submitted in Portuguese, Spanish, French or English and presentations at the conference may be given in any of these languages. You must indicate which thematic session, if any, the abstract should be considered for.

Each paper in the oral sessions will be given 30 minutes, including 10 minutes for discussion.

Abstracts must be anonymous, one page in length (in addition to references), 12-point Times New Roman font and 1.5 spacing.

Abstracts should be sent to: gratofcsh.unl.pt.

Within the body of the email message, please include: title of submission, name(s) of author(s), and affiliation(s); each author’s contact information (email and work address).

Selected papers will be considered for publication in a forthcoming volume of the Estudos Linguísticos / Linguistic Studies journal.
