Meeting Description:

The Linguistic Society of Nepal (LSN) announces its 34th Annual Conference to be held on 26-27 November 2013 in Kathmandu. The conference is one of the major activities of the Society which aims to provide a platform for those who have been working on different aspects of languages from home and abroad.

Call for Papers:

The Conference will organise talks/papers and workshops. Exhibitions of Linguistic materials and books will also be organised. Please submit an electronic copy of the abstract. The abstract should be:

- 120-150 words in length (an abstract exceeding the word limit will not be considered for the presentation)
- in the English language
- in Times New Roman or equivalent font. IPA Unicode should be used for the data of the languages other than English. Other Unicode can be used only if it is necessary for the script of the given language.
- in the MS Word format and its PDF file.
