Meeting Description:

SLINKI (Spanish Linguistics in North Carolina) is an annual one-day conference focusing on research in all areas of Linguistics related to the Spanish language, with a special focus on research conducted by researchers in North Carolina or related to Spanish in North Carolina. SLINKI 2014 is the 4th annual SLINKI conference and will be held at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC.

Call for Papers:

Call deadline: November 15, 2013.

We welcome abstracts for 20-minute presentations or posters on any topic related to Spanish Linguistics. While the focus of the conference is on work by researchers in Spanish Linguistics in North Carolina, we welcome all submissions. Abstracts may be submitted in either English or Spanish and should not exceed 500 words in length.
