WECOL and AZLS 2013 will take place in the Language and Literature Building on the Tempe campus of Arizona State University, November 8, 9, and 10.
WECOL/AZLS 2013 is a conference open to any aspect of linguistics.
Call for Papers:
We are pleased to invite abstracts for submission to the Western Conference on Linguistics / AZ Linguistics Symposium 2013 (WECO/AZLS 2013) to be held at Arizona State University, in Tempe, AZ, November 8-10, 2013.
Abstracts are invited for 20-minute talks (with 10 minutes of discussion) on any aspect of linguistics. Topics may cover formal or applied approaches to linguistics.
Submissions are limited to one individual and one joint abstract per author. All abstracts should be in English and submitted electronically as PDF files through EasyChair: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=wecol-azls2013.
Abstracts should be no more than 500 words long, including examples. References are in addition to the 500-word limit. Make sure to remove any author identification in the abstract itself, as submissions should be anonymous.
The due date for the submission of abstracts is September 15; decisions will be announced by October 1.
The papers presented at WECOL/AZLS 2013 will be eligible for publication in the official proceedings of the conference.
