The Department of Hindi at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Seoul seeks a lecturer to teach Hindi in an established program for the 2014-2015 academic year. The lecturer will teach 12 hours per semester, each semester beginning March 2, 2014 and September 1, 2014.
Applicant must have an M.A. or a Ph.D., or be A.B.D, preferably in Hindi or a related field. Applicant should have experience teaching Hindi as a second language at the college level. Salary is contingent upon qualifications and experience and the number of courses taught.
Contract for 1 year and may be renewed yearly.
Please send a letter of application indicating the texts and methods that you have used in Hindi instruction, a C.V. with separate list of publications, one or two sets of sample tests and quizzes, and one letter of reference from your previous employer electronically to the application email address below.
