Meeting Description:

The next Meeting of the Slavic Linguistics Society will take place at the University of Szczecin. This will be the eighth in a series of annual conferences that provide a forum to share both research findings and ideas on Slavic linguistics. A monographic publication of articles is expected to be one of the outcomes of the event.

Participation in the meetings of the SLS is a privilege of membership; this means that an individual must be a current member in order to present a paper and be listed in the conference program. You may fill out a membership form at the same time you register for the conference online. Membership includes a subscription to the Journal of Slavic Linguistics.

Katarzyna Dziubalska-Kołaczyk (Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań)
Marzena Żygis (ZAS, Berlin)
Jacek Witkoś (Adam Mickiewicz University, Poznań)
Adam Przepiórkowski (Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw)

Call for Papers:

The Organizers of the 8th Annual Meeting of the Slavic Linguistics Society invite proposals for papers on all topics related to Slavic linguistics.

Each paper in the oral session will be given 30 minutes, including 10 minutes for discussion. The languages of the conference are English and Russian.

Presenters will be invited to submit their papers for a peer-reviewed proceedings of the conference.

Abstract Submission:

An anonymous abstract of no more than 500 words plus examples and references should be sent as an attachment to sls2013univ.szczecin.pl. If special fonts or characters are required, please use Unicode.

Important Dates:

Submission deadline for all abstracts: June 15, 2013
Notification of acceptance for papers: July 15, 2013
