Call for Papers:
Submit your paper by email to the Organizing Committee (msi7mail.ru), indicating the subject ‘Conference KISE 2013’. Attached file should be called by the name of the first author. Attach the scanned receipt of the registration and publication fee of 150 rubles paid by every author of the paper, and the cost of publication - 250 rubles (undergraduate and graduate students - 150 rubles) for 1 page.
A copy of the proceedings with the author’s article is given to the author free of charge. Surcharge for the proceedings delivery by post - cash to obtain.
