CORRECTION The previously announced date for the joint meeting of the Mid-American Linguistics Conference and the Conference on Siouan and Caddoan Languages was wrong. THE CORRECT DATE IS FRIDAY AND SATURDAY, OCTOBER 16-17, 1992. Papers submitted to the Mid-American Linguistics Conference may be on any linguistics topic. Those on Siouan and Caddoan languages should be submitted to that conference.
