Could you please circulate the message that registration for the the Fourth International Conference on Theoretical and Methodological Issues in Machine Translation (TMI-92) to be held in Montreal, June 25-27, 1992 is now closed, as the auditorium is filled to capacity. There will be NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION. People are advised not to show up unless they have reservations. Those without a reservation can still try to obtain one by requesting that their names be placed on a waiting list, which will be used if late cancellations are received. Please post ASAP. **********SCIL5-1993********** **********Preliminary Announcement*********** The fifth Student Conference In Linguistics will be held at the University of Washington in April, 1993. The date of the conference wil be the first weekend in April (4/3-4/4), unless the conference organizers are notified about conflicts with other major conferences.
