I'm looking for references relevant the following and have had little luck so far. Hopefully some of the folks on the list can help out. Thanks in advance. If people express an interest, I'll summarize and post responses at a future date. 1. References on acoustic phenomena between adjacent vowels word internally vs. at word boundaries. 2. Acoustic, phonetic, and/or phonological definitions of and/or research on cliticization. 3. The interpretation of inter-phonic high frequency spikes in spectrograms. Of particular interest is research in these areas related to any of the romance languages, but references to research on these topics related to other languages or language/speech in general is also welcome.
